Sent daily photo's to show work in progress, which was most reassuring when you are so far away from the job being done. We would like to thank Paul and his team for all their hard work over the last month. We found them to be very professional and trustworthy and the attention to detail was excellent. We started off with a blank canvas and now have a very attractive, practical garden and patio area. We found out about Paul through another tradesman (Andy)who had completed a kitchen for us and asked for a quote. Paul e-mailed a quote over and then took a number of photo's of the type of stone we could use for the cladding of our villa, whilst we were still in the UK. We met with Paul when we came back to Fuerte and disucssed a number of options which enabled us to get the work completed at a cheaper price as Paul suggested using a irregular pattern to cover the peeling paint rather than creating a uniform level which we did not need. Consqently this saved us quite a few Euro's. We sourced the slate that we liked and arranged for Paul to complete the work, which was mainly completed whilst we were in the UK. Paul e-mailed us photo's of the job as it progressed so we could see the finished article taking shape. We arrived to find the cladding had been finished to a very high standard and Paul even phoned when he was at the airport on his way back to the UK to make sure we were happy. He then came round on his return to Fuerte and completed a few little bits to ensure that we were 100% happy. He was not content with anything less. Having a fair number of apartments to look after I can always rely on Paul for any job that needs to be done no matter how small or how big. He is totaly honest, reasonably priced, does the job to perfection and is always available for any last minute emergencies that come up. I have an apartment on the Papagayo complex and when I came over last year I needed someone to decorate it for me and also to plumb in the washing machine. I called on Paul and straight away he came out to give me a very reasonable price to carry out this work, and as he new I was only there for the two weeks, I really did put him under some pressure to get this done before I left. But this was no problem for Paul, and the work that was done was absolutely spot on, I couldn't fault it. Since then I have had no hesitation in calling on him again, just a few weeks ago he installed a key safe, inside safe and repaired the worktop in the kitchen. Paul & Lisa have become friends now and give me so much advice, I am really grateful to them both and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them & especially Paul's work to anyone.
