Once an enquiry has been made we like to view the proposed work as soon as possible so ideas and prices can be established promptly, giving new clients a good idea as to what they can budget for.
In many cases people are not sure what it is they would like, therefore a quick response and site visits are extremely important to establish ideas and costs of a certain project. This may take a few visits and involve the constructor and the client bouncing ideas off each other to come to an agreed conclusion which suits all.

Once a project has been accepted and both parties are agreed, a timetable will be laid out to suit the client. Many property owners do not like to lose rental potential so certain timescales have to be agreed upon. Once again, we will work closely with you to assure that any potential loss of earnings is reduced and the building work fits into certain dates.

Once the construction work begins we will stick to our dates and provide you with a full progress report on the on-going work if you are not here on the island to oversee it. We update all our clients with a day by day or week by week photo gallery of the progressing work so you can be comfortable, safe in the knowledge that what is being built is what was agreed and you can study it at your leisure to give you full peace of mind.

When the building work has been completed we will go over everything in detail with you the client to make sure that you are 100% happy with the work. Nothing is more important to us than this, your complete and total satisfaction.
